A 24 years old male presented cauliflower-like mass on penis that has been growing slowly for 2 Physical examination revealed pedunculated reddish verrucous mass, mobile, well-defined, 5x2x1.5 cm size, positive acetowhite test. histopathological picture accordance acuminata. Surgery wide margin excision was performed to remove lump. After 14 days post-surgery, wound healed completely without any sign recurrence.
